Nice place with crocodiles to see and surrounded by fields where the Bandas can be sat at and enjoy a picknick. Although the person might not opt to enter to see the crocodiles, it is worth noting that the person must still pay to access the archery as well as the picknick grounds. Toilets are available. The bost ride guys are also very friendly. Remember to take some food with you too to avoid husstle of looking for it (of course you can purchase from the restaurant in the premise if you can afford it)
The road leading there is about a kilometer of dusty road. I went on a Monday (we were less than 10 people) The receptionist was nice.I paid via M-pesa (withdraw money)300ksh. The crocodiles look like rocks.They are very inactive...so not much to see. The tortoise are few(of different sizes).You can get to hold them.Not anything exciting really Then lastly,the ostrich.I fed it with some bamboo leaves and that's it. There was also boat riding,horse riding and a kids zone at an extra cost of 200ksh I arrived at 2:18 by 3:00pm I was long gone!!
The place is very unmaintained and shaggy.The toilets stink!! Would not recommend
It's a family-friendly spot to visit in Nairobi. We got to see quite a variety of animals, including tortoises and a pair of ostriches. But without a doubt, crocodiles steal the show, and with their numbers, it’s easy to see why the place is named after them. At the center of it all is a small lake or dam, giving the sanctuary a calm, natural feel. Head-up: Carry your own food or snacks if you'll be here for a while; I didn’t spot any operational restaurant or shop inside.

2 months agoSmall show case but calm and chilled out environment. Sad to see one sad looking lonesome ostrich. Okay for an hr stop over. Guides are wonderful.

1 month agoMay Day at Mamba village was so hilarious and amazing. Our tour guide was Cinthia. The way she handle visitors was excellent and with deep knowledge.
