Great place for walks went here solo on a Sunday,I did the 5km walk.Its not crowded and the guides are also stationed along the trails.I also spotted some monkeys,lots of butterflies,birds and a baby deer,along the trail.The guides are also really nice and helpful.
If you are Smn who is not comfortable walking in a forest alone please go with a friend coz it’s very quiet and you will only bump to people once in a while.Its not as packed like Karura
the charges were 200bob only,will definitely be going again and you can also rent a bike at a fee.
it’s a well marked trailIt’s easily accessible from the main road.If you are taking a bus just alight after the Stadium and then the rough road on your left connects directly to the forest gate.The rough road is not nice I guess coz of the construction but it’s walkable and you can drive too.
Went there for a jog and I don't remember ever running with such grace..under the cover of trees. It's was an amazing 17km run I've ever had. The trails are also marked out.to help with direction. Loved it!!!
Did a 10km walk in below 2 hours with the kids , followed by dance. Cheers to fitness. Great place to hang out, walk, cycle , picnic, pray. Pets are allowed and I appreciate the security by the wardens.
It is a hidden gem for sure. A nice place to take a quiet walk as you bond with the flora and fauna. The walking path is well marked and easy to access. Very peaceful.

2 months agoA perfect hiking spot. They hire out bicycles too and have a picnic spot. The trails are very clearly marked. Well maintained.
