I and my friends had an amazing experience at Crave Kilimani, and everything from the food to the service and ambience exceeded my expectations.
We ordered mashed potatoes with beef steak, vegetable rice with beef steak, and fries with chicken steak, and every dish was absolutely delicious. The steaks were perfectly cooked — tender, juicy, and well-seasoned — and the portions were generous. The mashed potatoes were creamy and flavorful, the vegetable rice was well balanced and aromatic, and the fries were crispy and paired perfectly with the chicken steak.
The drinks were just as impressive. We had the pineapple and mint mojito, blueberry mojito, and passion mojito — all refreshing, well-crafted, and beautifully presented. Each one had a distinct flavor and was very enjoyable.
What truly stood out was the service. It was amazing beyond expectation — the staff were attentive, friendly, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the entire experience. Orders were taken promptly, food arrived on time, and we were constantly checked on without feeling rushed.
The ambience at Crave Kilimani is warm, stylish, and relaxing — perfect for a casual meal, date, or even a group outing. The overall vibe makes you want to stay longer and enjoy the moment.
This was an outstanding experience, and I will definitely be going back. Highly recommend Crave Kilimani for great food, excellent drinks, and top-tier service.

The service was below par and the dining experience felt a bit disorganized. One thing I found strange was that the burgers don't come with any accompaniments like fries, which is something I'd normally expect at this price point. The restaurant was also very brightly lit, which took away from the ambiance and made it feel less comfortable.
The portions, especially the desserts, felt overpriced for what was served. Another odd experience was staff cleaning the floors while people were still eating, which was distracting and somewhat annoying and made the dining experience less enjoyable.
On the positive side, the pasta was genuinely good and probably the highlight of the meal.
Overall, I feel the restaurant is a bit overhyped for what it offers. There are better value options in the area. I'd rate it 4/10.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the vigilant security personnel, who inquired about our destination within the premises and kindly provided us with directions to the restaurant's entrance. Once inside, one of the attentive staff members welcomed us warmly and guided us upstairs, where we encountered another friendly employee who invited us to select our preferred seating area, presenting us with the menus to peruse.
The elegance of the restaurant’s decor is truly a sight to behold, and I look forward to sharing pictures that encapsulate its aesthetic appeal. The thoughtfully chosen color palette adorning the walls creates a cool and inviting atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. However, I must mention a slight inconvenience we encountered; the window at our table was unfortunately lodged in a fixed position and could not be closed. If the management could address this issue, it would significantly improve the comfort of the diners, as the chilly breeze swirling in from outside made the area quite frigid, particularly at our table.
After placing our orders, we were pleased to find that the wait time was a reasonable 15 to 25 minutes at most, and our anticipation was rewarded when the food arrived—each dish was bursting with flavor and incredibly delicious. Additionally, the restaurant is quite generous with their portion sizes, which enhances the experience even further. When considering the affordability of the prices, especially in relation to the ample servings and the attentive service we received, we felt it was a delightful value.
The cleanliness of the establishment stood out to us; the restaurant maintained a pristine environment, including the washrooms, which were particularly well-kept. Impressively, they offer multiple categories of washroom facilities to cater to all guests, including those for individuals with disabilities, baby-changing areas, and separate restrooms for males and females, ensuring that everyone feels accommodated and welcomed.
Moreover, the restaurant provides ample parking space and assures good security, which adds to the overall sense of safety and convenience for families and groups dining out. All things considered, this restaurant is not just a place to eat but a lovely family-friendly venue that has been thoughtfully designed to cater to the diverse culinary needs of all its patrons. Without a doubt, this enjoyable experience has solidified my intent to return in the future.

Main Lasagna 10/10 it came hot and so tasty Loaded fries with extra beef spicy. If you like mild sauce just got for the spicy it’s okay.
Dessert Latte 10/10 Masala chai 10/10 You don’t need extra sugar because it’s so good and if you add a dessert you should be good. Naro Bueno cake was worth every penny 100/10
