The Junction Mall remains one of the cleanest and most well-maintained shopping destinations in Nairobi. It is a true one-stop shop where I can enjoy breakfast or coffee at Artcaffé and stay for lunch or dinner at one of the many surrounding eateries. The fashion variety is excellent, featuring global brands like Levi's, Mr Price, and LC Waikiki. For beauty enthusiasts, Linton’s Beauty World offers a great selection, while electronics and gadget lovers are well-catered to by stores like Salute iWorld. Additionally, Carrefour provides a seamless experience for grocery and household shopping. My only grievance is the parking payment system. While paying with cash is straightforward, the digital scanning process can be slow to load. Because the mall still utilizes physical chip coins, you are forced to walk to a parking meter to validate them. The experience would be much more convenient if they transitioned to a universal QR code or USSD system that allowed for payment from anywhere in the mall without needing to visit a machine.
Junction Mall is one of the most convenient and welcoming shopping spots in Nairobi. The layout is spacious and easy to navigate, with plenty of natural light and clean common areas. I love the variety of stores—everything from fashion boutiques to electronics and a well-stocked supermarket—so it’s easy to find what I need in one stop.
The food court has a great mix of local and international options, perfect for a quick snack or a relaxed meal with friends. Parking is plentiful and well-organized, and security personnel are friendly yet professional, which makes the whole experience feel safe and stress-free.
Whether you’re shopping for essentials, catching a movie, or just looking for a place to meet up with friends, Junction Mall offers a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere every time.
We are a family of. 3 yo toddler and a 4 months old baby, and we had to expose our kids to a very miserable situation. Change the mall policy about parking and taxis. What you make people go through is utter nonsense, and tell the staff there to behave themselves and RESPECT people.
